They are committed to delivering high-quality support to ensure enriched, fulfilled, and happy lives for their service users.Job Description:As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing person-centred care and support to adults with Learning Disabilities.Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred support and care to individuals with Learning Disabilities.Administer medication to individuals as prescribed.Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring regular reviews and updates.Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards.Establish effective communication with service users, families, and professionals.Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.Support individuals in accessing community resources and activities.Monitor and record the progress and well-being of service users.Respond to emergencies and incidents following established protocols.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
