This role offers a fantastic salary of up to £40,455, plus a £5,000 bonus. You'll also have the opportunity to earn extra enhancements for overtime and bank holidays. The ideal Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) candidate will have:
- A qualification as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) or nearing the end of your nursing degree/masters
- Knowledge of NMC guidelines, requests and professional practices
- Evidence of post registration continuing professional development
- A positive attitude and dedication to change, improvement and quality
- The ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
