Our client is looking for someone just like you to join their outstanding Cancer Nursing Team at one of their state-of-the-art cancer centres in London. This role offers an attractive salary of up to £51,000, along with fantastic benefits. This is a full-time position, with working hours from Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

As the new Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Palliative care and Oncology CNS.
- Providing the education programme at the centre.
- Leading from the front, supporting your team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care.
- Acting as a role model for the company's values, ensuring all your patients physical and emotional needs are met.
- Using your expert leadership skills to coach, mentor and engage with your team.

The ideal Junior Sister/Charge Nurse will have:
- A current NMC Nurse registration.
- Experience in Chemotherapy administration.
- Post registration experience within oncology setting.
- Clinical skills in venepuncture, cannulation and the administration of intravenous drugs.
