Servisource are delighted to be working with a fantastic care home to find a RGN looking for 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts effectively to ensure the delivery of excellent care and communication.
• Utilise electronic care planning system (PSC) to maintain up-to-date care plans and daily care records for individual residents.
• Collaborate closely with Nurse Manager, Deputy, and Nurse Training Manager for clinical support, training, and development.

Requirements:

• RGN Valid NMC registration.
• Genuine passion for delivering person-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
