As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care.
- Running the home in the absence of the Home Manager
- Providing mentorship and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
- Delivering a person-centred approach to care for the residents and their families.
- Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and knowing how to address these concerns.
