Salary 40k +car allowance + bonus

My client is a well-established national provider of domiciliary care who is looking for an enthusiastic, committed and effective Care Quality Manager to join their team. You must have experience within the care sector, with a solid understanding of CQC and the Health & Social Care Act and the relevant supporting regulations under the act.
Preferably you will be qualified with Level 4 NVQ/RMA or level 5 QCF and have previously been a Registered Care Manager or Quality and Compliance role with responsibility for overseeing multiple sites
You will be supporting the branches with CQC audits and internal auditing and be knowledgeable and confident with compliance, legislation and all standards relating to CQC.
You will be responsible for working to enhance relationships with existing branches throughout the company, and engaging with and supporting new branches into the network.
