Adult Nurse Manager

Based in North London, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the delivery of personalised care packages, support a team of carers, and make a real impact on the lives of adults with complex health needs.
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Hybrid working – 1 day from home, 4 days in the community
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no nights or weekends

- Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs
- Deliver clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication management
- Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care
- Build strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring ongoing support and communication
- Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
- Hands-on experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support (within the past 2 years)
- Leadership skills suited to Band 5 or Band 6 nurses
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families and colleagues
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
