About the Role

Our client is a global leader in manufacturing, currently scaling their West Drayton site. They need a hands-on, experienced Injection Mould Setter to drive injection moulding excellence. This isn’t about tossing on moulds, it’s about optimising processes, ensuring reliability, and delivering consistent quality.

As Injection Mould Setter Key Responsibilities will include

• Set up and optimise injection moulding processes to meet quality and output targets

• Detect, diagnose, and fix process faults across development and production

• Maintain accurate records and departmental reports

• Liaise with tool design to support new and existing tooling needs

• Assist production colleagues and backfill assistant manager when required

• Identify faulty equipment and coordinate repairs

• Coach and bring up colleagues within the department

• Enforce Health & Safety standards—keeping work areas pristine and compliant

• Perform reasonable tasks within your capabilities

What We’re Looking For in an Injection Mould Setter 

• Proven experience in injection mould setup and optimisation

• Strong fault-finding skills on process and machinery

• Clear communicator capable of mentoring junior staff

• Organised, reliability-focused, and safety-conscious
