Based in Perth, this is a great opportunity for a specialist vet looking for their next adventure on the other side of the world. Starting life in 2019 as a peripatetic service for clinics in Western Australia, they have moved into two purpose fit-out clinics in 2024. They provide abdominal ultrasound, echocardiography, focused ultrasound examinations, Holter monitoring, and ultrasound training to first-opinion small animal veterinary clinics.

They are looking for an experienced vet with advanced ultra

sound skills, ideally with a post-grad qualification in diagnostic imaging or cardiology. Somebody with the ability to fulfil their high caseload, and an empathetic vet who has a genuine passion for imaging and learning.

The beauty of an independent is that you aren’t micro-managed, there are no silly targets for vets, and no one telling you what to do from afar the job is tough enough without adding additional stress!

They will pay your vet fees, offer a CPD allowance, a competitive salary based on experience, and a generous incentive scheme, including commission on scans. They will also provide accommodation on arrival, just 800 metres from the beach!  This role is super flexible, they are more than happy for somebody to come and experience the Aussie summer and lifestyle for a few months or somebody who is looking for a full-time role.  Hours are between 30-38 hours a week you choose.

One of the clinics is based in East Fremantle, Perth.  An affluent area with plenty of facilities locally including cafes, restaurants, pubs, sports clubs and not forgetting several stunning beaches within a 10 min drive.
