Shifts: Days, Nights, or a mixture of both (Full-time and Part-time available)

Role Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care, supporting patients in their recovery journey from hospital admission to independent living. This role requires flexibility, working both day and night shifts, to ensure the provision of continuous care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs.

  • Support patients with medication management, daily life skills, and relapse prevention strategies.

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including nursing, occupational therapy, and psychological services.

  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in partnership with patients.

  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with CQC and NICE guidelines.

  • Promote a therapeutic environment that fosters patient engagement and well-being.

  • Support the transition of patients to step-down services and community-based living.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration.

  • Experience working in a mental health setting (rehabilitation, acute, or community services preferred).

  • Strong assessment, communication, and risk management skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including days, nights, and a mix of both.

  • A commitment to person-centred care and a recovery-focused approach.

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
