Are you passionate about providing meaningful support to individuals with mental health conditions in the comfort of their own homes? We are looking for a dedicated Homecare Mental Health Support Worker to join our compassionate team. As part of our homecare service, you will assist individuals living with mental health conditions in managing their everyday lives and maintaining their independence while ensuring their well-being in a familiar and comfortable environment.
In this role, you will support clients with mental health needs, including offering practical and emotional care, promoting recovery, and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives at home. You will build strong, supportive relationships while working closely with families and healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care.
Experience:
Mental health experience in dealing with: Dissociative Identity Disorder, ADHD combined type, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa
Important:
We are looking for a Female only, Caucasian team due to the client’s past trauma.
