A small specialist mental health nursing home in Torquay is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their team.

As the Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and management of resident care programmes. You will manage a caseload of residents and will lead a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of personal care.

What we're looking for in a Registered Mental Health Nurse:

• RMN qualification preferred, but RGN or RNLD candidates with extensive mental health experience will also be considered
• Will require at least 2 years mental health experience
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding
• Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
