Salary: £36,150 - £38,600 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus (dependant on hours)
Hours: Full Time, Part-Time, Days & Nights available

About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a leading independent mental health service provider. The successful candidate will work within a dedicated and experienced clinical and nursing team, ensuring the highest standard of care for patients experiencing acute mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and care pathways.

• Support the local implementation of nursing strategies.

• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes for service users.

Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.

• Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience.

• Relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in patient care.

• Ability to work flexibly and use a person-centred approach.

Shift Patterns:

• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

• Night Shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
