About the Role:
As our Registered Nursing Home Manager, you will:

• Inspire, motivate, and support your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks.

• Lead on operational duties, including admissions, assessments, and health and safety.

• Collaborate with your Regional Manager and Support Team on estates, marketing, business performance, and HR.

What We’re Looking For:

• An active NMC PIN and ideally an RGN qualification.

• A Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care qualification (or a commitment to work towards it).

• Proven experience in leading teams and delivering outstanding care in a care home setting.

• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards, compliance, and safeguarding.

• A proactive leader who can drive business performance and maintain high standards.
