• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and CQC standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration.
• Acute care experience, including IV therapies, cannulation, and phlebotomy.
• Leadership experience, with a focus on team management and training.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
