Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent Manager benefits!
Hours: 40 hours per week, Supernumerary hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily operations of the home
• Provide clinical governance
• Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and NMC code of conduct
• Motivate and train staff
• Manage budgets and conduct audits

Requirements:

• Active NMC Pin
• Experience in nursing home management
• Mental health experience (preferred)
