7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm

Our client requires a Operative to join their team on an initial temporary basis with a view to full time employment.

Working within the materials testing division of a leading UK provider of testing services this is very much a hands on role and will involve the preparation of materials for despatch to the testing laboratory:

• You will put materials into relevant packaging
• Sort samples into separate bags
• Produce labels
• Weigh sample bags 
• Place in required despatch area
• Materials being handled would include - soils, aggregate, concrete etc

Full training will be provided for this role but applicants will need to demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to learn and a stable work history.

Opportunities for role  / career development will certainly be available if desired.

Some lifting is required so applicants should have a good degree of general physical fitness.
