Dental Treatment Coordinator / Exmouth, Devon / Part Time
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Exmouth, Devon to recruit a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
- Available as soon as possible.
- Will take notice periods into consideration.
- Independent, private, specialist practice.
- Part time opportunity – around 22.5 hours per week.
- Space; Monday – Friday.
- Working hours to be discussed.
- From £13 per hour depending on experience.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to: making patients aware of services offered, communicating with and providing support throughout their patient journey, record & monitor referrals, managing diary appointments & treatment schedules, building & maintaining strong relationships with patients & reception duties.
- Attention to detail & the ability to work to deadlines is essential.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with sound clinical knowledge of dental treatments & specialist treatments.
- Practice provides general dentistry alongside Implants, Ortho, Oral surgery & Facial Aesthetics.
- 5 surgery, computerised SOE practice.
- GDC registration preferred however, not essential for the right candidate.
All candidates must have experience in a dental practice & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
