Dental Practice manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dental practice manager in Bracknell. My client is currently looking for a practice manage to join there private clinic. The clinic is a stunning multipurpose building offering onsite parking.

The clinic would ideally be suited to drivers however this doesn’t exclude candidate commute via public transport. The clinic is based on a bus route and a short commute from Bracknell / Martins heron station.

The Clinic is not only a dental practice but has a section on the business dedicated to facial aesthetics Offering a huge range of treatments and options for patients.

The offer:

• Full-time hours – 40 hours per week
• Salary from £36,000.00 - £38,000.00 per annum dependant on candidates experience

Beneficial Experience:

• CQC Dental Compliance

•Experience working with R4

• Computer Skills including Microsoft office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook to a high standard

• Management experience - minimum five years

• Worked in a Dental surgery and have knowledge of Dental treatments, prices, length of time for appointments etc

• Worked in a MediSpa and have knowledge of MediSpa treatments, prices, length of time for appointments etc.

• Reception skills, clinical dental skills

This role is ideally looking for someone with dental practice manager experience, someone who is able to drive revenue and create new revenue streams whilst managing the staff and current patient lists.
