Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Pyrford & Guildford Surrey / Full Time
MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Pyrford & Guildford Surrey to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their dental practice on a permanent basis.
- Flexible start date with notice periods taken into consideration.
- Independent, mixed practices.
- Full time opportunity – around 40 hours per week.
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm & 1 Saturday per month.
- £40k per annum, depending on experience.
- Annual bonus scheme.
- You will be required to manage both practices located in Pyrford & Guildford on a rota basis.
- The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; marketing, staff development, HR & recruitment, compliance, managing KPI’s & P&L’s & supporting clinicians to achieve their goals. Deliver and source staff training / development for the practice teams & be able to manage conflict.
- Computerised Dentally Practices.
- Pyrford – 5 surgeries & Guildford – 4 surgeries.
All candidates will ideally have previous dental practice management experience to be considered. GDC registration is desirable.
