Occupational Health Advisor 

Location: Colchester and Surrounding area

Place of Work: Peripatetic, up to 1 hour travel between clients.

Salary: Competitive - £35,000 - £48,000, Dependent upon experience 

Hours: Full-Time, possibly Part Time 

We have an outstanding opportunity to join a Nurse-led Occupational Health company based in East Anglia, offering bespoke OH services to a diverse range of clients.

About the Team: 

Join a supportive, nurse-led team in a medium-sized, friendly environment that emphasises quality service, cooperation, and mutual success. 

The Role: 

  • Provide the full remit of comprehensive Occupational Health services at client sites. 

  • Conduct health assessments and surveillance, case management, and health/wellbeing promotion.  

  • A maximum of 4 cases per day allows for the creation of detailed, personalised reports.  

  • Travel to customer sites within approximately a 1-hour radius.  

  • Ensure accurate and full completion of all necessary health records and service documentation. 

Your Profile: 

  • Attitude: Highly professional, hands-on practitioner 

  • Qualification: Registered Adult Nurse qualification - NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions essential.

  • Occupational Health Degree or Diploma qualification is preferred. 

  • Occupational Health experience is necessary.

  • Skills: Excellent communicator, autonomous working, and effective workload planning. 

  • Knowledge: Full OH remit, in-depth understanding of confidentiality legislation/GDPR.
