Healthcare Talent are recruiting for a number of Support Workers to work for our client, who are a national healthcare provider, for ad-hoc/agency shifts. The client supports adults with autism, mental health, learning disabilities and brain injuries.

If you do not meet the essential worker criteria below, you will not be shortlisted:

• Currently working as a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant 
• Minimum 6 months experience within the UK care sector
• Experience with learning disabilities and mental health
• Can work over 20 hours
• Is flexible to work both day and night shifts
• Available ASAP

As a Support Worker you will work within a team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the units and in delivering person centred care in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and well being.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience of working in a Care Home setting with a vulnerable client group. They must posses good communication skills and have enthusiasm to learn and develop within this role. We believe that the compassion, understanding, and service we show each and every individual should be reflected in the way we all support, respect, and include every individual who works with us.
