Coatings Technology Manager - Expiring soon!

Due to growth and continued success my client is looking to recruit a Coatings Technology Manager to join their team.
In this role, the key duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Drive Continuous Improvement to enhance technical performance
- Make a positive contribution to research and development projects relating to coatings processes, managing projects from lab to trials, and through to production.
- Manage and lead R&D Projects.
- Identify any areas for improvement and implement technical solutions.
- Complete relevant documentation.
- To produce Technical reports, and maintain an in-depth and current knowledge on market trends and evolving technologies.
The ideal candidate will hold a BSc / MSc / BEng / BSc in Materials, Engineering or Chemistry related discipline (or equivalent experience) and have worked within a similar position. As an excellent communicator, you will be able to share information across all levels of the business, and be able to work on multiple development projects while ensuring compliance with the relevant standards and specifications.
