Education:

HNC or Equivalent in an Engineering Discipline

Job Specification:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in composite manufacturing within Automotive, Aerospace, Motorsport, or other fast-paced industry sectors.

Demonstrated ability to deliver improvements in composite material selection and process development.

Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) programs.

Expertise in composite mould design and part approval.

Proven track record of implementing tangible business improvements.

Strong problem-solving skills within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement techniques.

Experience in training and developing staff.

Proven ability to drive manufacturing improvement programs.

Familiarity with problem-solving techniques on a production line.

Proficient in ERP & MBOM and routing generation.

Skilled in 3D Modelling.
