Join our client, providing acute adult mental health services. We’re excited to open our new Male PICU service and are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse.
Role: Charge Nurse
As a Charge Nurse, you will lead by example and serve as a role model for our nursing team. Support junior staff through effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- RNLD or RMN with active NMC PIN.
- Motivated, flexible, and ready for a new challenge.
- Committed to professional development and clinical excellence.
