Salary/Rate:
£55,000 - £65,000/annum
An all-encompassing, hands-on IT Manager role within an R&D company of approximately 200 staff and growing. This is not your average IT Manager role—in addition to the standard Microsoft infrastructure, the company has in-house designed customer support systems, software and hardware development infrastructure, manufacturing facilities, cyber essentials, and is developing various IoT-based systems that are being systemized.

The successful IT Manager will interact with stakeholders at all levels, from the board to production staff. Although the position comes with lots of responsibility, it is a hands-on role requiring hands-on 1st line support at times.

The company does not see IT as a back-end function; they have a very strategic view on how IT and digital optimization is key to company evolution. The products being developed are extremely rewarding (saving lives), the company is growing, and this role is very likely to grow with it.
