We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced customer success executive to join our client's successful team.

This award-winning family-run established business operating within the care sector is looking for the right person to join as a customer success executive.

The Role

As a customer success executive, you will be responsible for taking and managing new incoming enquiries and booking appointments for the team.

You will also be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers to ensure they are satisfied and happy and also to engage historic customers to book checkups and routine appraisals.

The person 

You will have a background in telesales or as a customer success executive and be able to apply a consultative approach to your calls when managing enquiries and engaging with existing clients  

You will be comfortable booking appointments over the phone and in person 

As a customer success executive, you will also be happy to make the occasional visit to client sites
