Our client, a global pharmaceutical company with an innovative and exciting growth plan, are currently looking for a Senior Market Access & HEOR Manager to join their team.

As a Senior Market Access & HEOR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercialisation strategy for the company's oncology products.

Your expertise will be instrumental in securing optimal market access, HTA submissions, ensuring reimbursement, and demonstrating the value proposition of the therapy area to stakeholders.

By leveraging your analytical skills and industry knowledge, you will drive evidence-based decision-making and facilitate access to innovative treatments for patients in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market access strategies for oncology products, encompassing pricing, reimbursement, and access initiatives
  • Conduct health economic evaluations and outcomes research to demonstrate the value proposition of the therapy area
  • Manage HTA submissions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align Market Access and HEOR strategies with broader business objectives
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including payers, HTA agencies, and key opinion leaders, to advocate for patient access to treatments


Requirements

  • Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in oncology HTA submissions and market access and familiarity with relevant therapeutic areas
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in health economic modelling and outcomes research methodologies
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Post graduate level education in health economics or equivalent
