ENS Recruitment are currently seeking an Early Years Practitioner to work within a busy NHS hospital in West London.

Location: West London

Pay Rate: £18.98

Shift Pattern: Days and nights-Ad Hoc Shifts

The Early Years Practitioner works as part of the nursery team to provide a positive and stimulating environment in which children’s all round development is fostered, and a high standard of care is provided. Helping parents to maintain a work/life balance and giving them the peace of mind that their children are in a safe place.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and Education
  • Previous experience of working in a nursery and planning for children from 5 months to 5 years
  • Ability to work as a reliable part of a team, developing positive relationships with the children, colleagues, parents, and outside agencies, where appropriate
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate experience of team skills
  • Sound knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Able to work shifts between 7.00am and 6.00pm
