🔬 Position Overview 🔬

As a Lab Assistant, you will play a vital role in conducting laboratory tests by analysing samples with meticulous attention to detail. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include routine testing, data entry, cleaning, sorting, counting, prepping aga plates, and ensuring the proper stocking of shelves. This temporary contract of 6 months offers an immediate start, with potential for a permanent position in the future.

Interviews will take place in early June

Working Hours

📅 Monday to Friday

⌚ 9am-3pm/4pm

💰 Pay Rate £11.58 per hour

Temp to Perm after 6 months

🎯 Key Requirements 🎯

✔️ Good attention to detail

✔️ Full driving licence and access to a car (as the location requires it)

✔️ Familiarity with Western blot and PCR processes (desirable but not essential)

✔️ Excellent IT skills for accurate data updating

🎓 Training and Support 🎓
