Role Summary:
As a Non-Medical Prescriber in White City, London, candidates will play a pivotal role in a wellness clinic's operations. Reporting to the Head Nurse, the successful candidate will conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and manage clinical procedures in adherence to national regulations, policies, and procedures. Additionally, they will provide mentorship and guidance to junior nurses/paramedics, ensuring excellence in service delivery. This role also encompasses supporting the medical operational aspects of the business, contributing to maintaining high standards, business growth, and fostering the development of junior team members.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Adherence to regulatory codes of conduct

- Prescription management
- Conducting assessments and participating in on-call duties
- Ensuring extensive knowledge of products, treatments, and special offers
- Providing mentorship and supervision to staff
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards
People Management:

- Conducting regular reviews and appraisals
- Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff
- Supporting staff development and maximizing potential

Skills and Qualifications:
Completion of relevant prescriber course
Registration with appropriate regulatory body
Extensive clinical experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in IT
Previous managerial experience
IV administration and cannulation skills
Experience:
Previous clinic management experience
Ability to lead by example and work autonomously
Effective workload management
