As the Registered Manager, you'll be offered a competitive annual salary between £38,000 - £40,000. As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Prepare the home for opening in collaboration with the Assistant Director- Business Development and Regional Manager
• Ensure the service is compliant with relevant Regulations and contractual requirements
• Lead on managing KPI and related reporting in line with the Governance structure
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to teams
• Ensure that all clinical and therapeutic interventions are person centered and in line with the service model
• Work with individuals with autism to help them strive for self-determination, independence, and choice
