Are you a recent graduate with a passion for medical devices/electronics and problem-solving? Our client is seeking a talented Graduate DI Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a DI Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of medical imaging equipment across multiple vendor systems. Your responsibilities will include providing maintenance and service, troubleshooting system failures, conducting preventative maintenance, and fostering strong relationships with customers..

Requirements:

  • HNC/D in Electronics or equivalent or biomedical engineering/devices
  • Degree (Hons) in Electronics or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Desirable:
  • Additional electronics certifications

Skills:

  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Equipment Database
  • Understanding of Risk Management in medical device support
  • Mechanical workshop skills
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure while prioritizing safety
  • Interest in efficiency and innovative techniques
