Operational Technology Manager

Salary & Benefits: £65,000 to £85,000, Bonus, Medical Cover, Life Insurance

We have partnered with a global biotech company in Stevenage that has created a pioneering cancer therapy. Due to the success of their treatment, we are assisting them in the growth and improvement of their IT capabilities through several key hires.

This is a great opportunity for an Operational Technology Manager as you will work closely with the Head of IT to help shape their technical environment, drive the maturity of processes/procedures, and lead key projects. Two exciting projects you will work on are the expansion of their manufacturing site and the build-out of new clean rooms.

As the Operational Technology Manager, you'll be implementing and optimising OT solutions to enhance their laboratory and manufacturing processes. Whilst leading a talented team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of OT systems to support manufacturing operations.
• Manage a team of OT engineers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop strategic OT initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in OT security and reliability.
