About the service: We are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our highly reputable private healthcare provider in their hospital based in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Theatre Nurse / ODP to join a friendly and experienced theatre team working in orthopaedic scrub. The hospital boasts an excellent reputation and outstanding facilities including fully equipped laminar flow theatres and an Endoscopy Theatre.

About the role:
You will be working as a Theatre Nurse / ODP and will be responsible for:

  • Providing person centred care to every patient
  • Scrub for orthopaedic patients
  • Work across a range of specialities including hip/ knee arthroplasty and anterior cruciate ligaments
  • Working well as part of a supportive team
  • Providing person centred care to every patient
  • Enthusiastic and empathetic

Who we're looking for;

  • Registered HCPC / NMC - this must not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 2 years orthopaedic scrub experience in the UK
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable
