3 x BMS Commissioning Engineers – South of England – Regional Coverage - £45k + overtime (including door to door travel paid) + 7% company pension contribution + Tesla company car

Samuel Frank is recruiting for three BMS Commissioning Engineers to cover areas in the South of England including London, Berkshire and Hertfordshire to commissioning data centres.

Company is going through a huge growth phase and is looking to expand their commissioning team to cope with increasing demand. There will be opportunities for career progression for successful BMS Commissioning Engineers with routes into Project Engineering & Project Management available.

Key aspects of the BMS Commissioning Engineer roles include;

• Opportunity to earn significant total earnings – working week is based on 39 hours, the first 4 hours of overtime are paid at x1.5 and all hours worked above that are paid at x2.0.
• When factoring in all travel time is paid, the Commissioning Manager estimates 10-20 hours per week in overtime
• Experience in Tridium & Niagara software and controllers (other software knowledge will be considered but this is the preferred option)
• Experience of commissioning data centres – ideal background
• Cooling systems knowledge – desirable/nice to have experience
• Site commissioning of controls projects and system integration (BMS/Energy Monitoring/HVAC controls/upgrade works)
• Capable of understanding and modifying control strategies
• Understanding of BMS/DCIM and common communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, TCP/IP)
• Knowledge of IT systems, servers and communication networks
• Competent electrical knowledge and capable of understanding electrical drawings
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
• Applicants must have a full UK driving licence

Ideal places to live include London, Reading, Slough, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St. Albans or anywhere slightly further afield in Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Middlesex or Surrey.
