Area Manager covering 5 Children Homes in the South Ribble area.
Salary would be between £50000 - £55000 Per Year.
Monday to Friday role flexible hours.
Car Allowance.
Children’s Registered Home Manager- South Ribble.

Full time permanent position, 37 hours per week, operating on a flexible rota,
Key Responsibilities & Duties
To contribute to the care planning and risk management strategies in place for children and provide feedback from one-to-one sessions and group work that will inform the MDT when reviewing individual children’s progress, across the homes based within the South Ribble area.
Qualifications: ·
NVQ 3 Children and Young People or equivalent
NVQ 4 Management
CMS, DMS equivalent or working towards
Professional Care Qualification (DipSW, CMS, CQSW, Registered Manager’s · Award) Diploma 5 Leadership & Management Children & Young People.
Skills & Experience:
Considerable evidence of working with young people in a residential setting
Have at least three years' experience in a managerial role in the children’s residential care sector
Evidence of staff/team management on a regular basis
Budget management including monitoring, recording & reporting
Leadership and motivation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good written & oral communication
Comfortable with decision making and making the ambiguous, unambiguous with confidence and clarity.
