A globally renown, market-leading engineering organisation are looking to hire a Software Test Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. The primary function of the role is to enhance the automated test capabilities for a high-tech range products and technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working for a globally renown engineering organisation developing cutting edge products and technologies.
• Developing new automated test processes and tools within a scrum-based agile environment.
• Involved in all areas of the software test lifecycle, e.g., test case creation, execution, and results analysis.
• Providing training and support for best practice process and tools for test automation.

To be considered for this position, candidates need to have proven experience as a Software Tester, and as such have strong experience in automated testing on embedded / electronic products. It would be advantageous to have knowledge / experience in any of the following areas: QML, QT, Squish, UI, GIS, Cross platform automated testing, Python or similar scripting tools.
