The successful candidate would need their own indemnity insurance
Working Days and Hours:
4 to 6 hours per week with the expectation our client should be able to offer up to 8 hours a week in the next few months
Monday to Friday, 4 hours a week to begin with and our client are flexible with the working times such as 1pm-5pm or 9am-1pm
Role description
- We are seeking Consultants to work as part of our clinical team in evaluating and managing patients for consideration of treatment with medical cannabis.
- You will have an interest in the evolving field of medical cannabis. You will have a dynamic personality and form an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team and robust clinical governance processes for patients seeking care through our client
- Support will be given to the post holder to undertake the necessary competency-based training and undergo our CPD-accredited medical cannabis educational programme.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate must be on the specialist pain register as essential
- Certificate of Completion of Training / Specialist Training (CCST/CCT) or equivalent
- Evidence of interest in medical cannabis therapeutics
- Engagement in clinical outcome data collection
