Registered Night Nurse – 20 hours p/w – £20 p/h – Wembley
A purpose-built care home in the Wembley area is seeking an enthusiastic RGN or RMN to join their friendly and experienced team of Nursing staff.
This is a permanent role in a reputable home, which supports those living with dementia and other conditions requiring skilled nursing care.
Role Responsibilities:
- Following nursing procedures and protocols
- Assisting in training and assessing nursing team members
- Maintaining accurate records and update Care Plans
- Communicating effectively with residents' families and visitors
- Implementing infection control measures.
- Administering medications safely and as per policy.
- Participating in admissions and discharges
Qualifications:
- Registered Adult Nurse or Mental Health Nurse with NMC registration
Skills Required:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to resident well-being and safety
- Up-to-date knowledge of nursing procedures and policies
