Quality Assurance Officer

As a QA Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout operations. Your expertise will drive the success of products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality management systems to uphold product integrity and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QC, production, and regulatory affairs to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and drive process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support during internal and external audits, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong background in QC, production, or QA roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance activities, including document control, change control, CAPA management, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements governing the pharmaceutical industry, including FDA and MHRA guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
