As the Clinical Nurse Manager – ITU, you will:
- Lead the department, working closely with the Intensive Care Matron
- Oversee and mentor personnel within the clinical area
- Support the hospital management team in providing clinical leadership
- Be responsible for budgeting and ensuring patient safety
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience within the unit, adhering to clinical governance and CQC guidelines and standards
- A registered general nursing qualification combined with a post-graduate degree
- A qualification in Intensive Care
- Previous team leadership and development experience
- A solid awareness of clinical governance, quality, and risk in the context of patient safety
