Belmont recruitment are currently looking to speak to Registered Mental Health Nurses for a number of Roles within a Place of Safety Team Based within Birmingham.
This Team works with Young adults under the age of 18 who are on the Urgent care pathway; you will be joining a MDT. The team offers Intervention, Diagnosis and specialist assessments across Birmingham.
Within this role you will be:
- Completing assessments of young peoples mental health and Developing individual care plans.
- Developing and implementing robust risk management plans
- Liaising with Families and carers
- Completing and holding oversight of mental health act processes and documentation
- Supporting crisis and home treatment teams as needed
Within this role you will be expected to work within a Ward setting along with a community setting so you will need access to your own vehicle to support the crisis team where needed.
This is a Band 6 Position. Working 8-8’s
This role is for full time hours working days, The service does operate 24/7 so there may be an opportunity to work nights also within the future.
Rates for this role are as follows:
Days – £24.78
Saturday/Nights - £31.71
Sunday/Bhol - £ 36.95
