- An hourly rate of £22.35.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you'll be:
- Collaborating with the Home Manager and wider teams to ensure smooth and efficient running of the home.
- Responsible for all aspects of excellent nursing and residential care.
- Maintaining budgetary and financial controls.
- Accountable for Human Resources.
- Promoting engaging and creative marketing initiatives.
- Guiding and coaching colleagues to pursue training and development.
- Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Experience in the health care sector.
- Management/Leadership experience and qualifications.
- An active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery) certificate.
- A caring nature with a personal approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
