  • Office- Marlow (Hybrid -2 days on site)
  • Pay: Circa £23 p/h

SRG are working with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Marlow. Our client develop and manufacture an impressive portfolio of aesthetics brands and products.

They are seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Support with planning and follow-up of key Facial team projects including but not limited to: new vendors onboarding, contract preparation, payment account setup, PO creation, payment submission and payment milestones tracking
  • Work with agencies and vendors to ensure projects on budget target (ie make sure projects are tracking to plan)
  • Manage PO process for all facial brands, including all the document files on the share points.
  • Update facial teams on LBE trackers and join the monthly finance meetings.
  • Support with overall program budget tracking and management, in partnership with Finance.
  • Support IMCO Facial team in efforts to be audit-ready at all times (including support for ongoing Transactional Monitoring activities, Activity Report Form preparation.)
  • Update and ensure the accuracy of the International Facial Network databases (organization chart, contact details, distribution lists) and IMCO Facial Sharepoint directory and documents.
  • Providing as needed or general administrative support to facial team as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience

  • Successful completion of an Administrative Certificate or Diploma is desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in administrative role/Project planning
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of business etiquette
  • Good budgeting experience, with strong numeracy skills - Budget Tracking, raising POs
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
