Job Description:

As a Non-Clinical Recruitment Consultant at Your Nurse, you will establish your own desk recruiting non-clinical staff for temporary and permanent roles in healthcare settings.

Non-Clinical is the backbone of the NHS, making up 18% of the total staff. You will be recruiting Admin and Clerical, Estates and Facilities, and Corporate Function roles. Here are some of the types of roles you will be recruiting for: Reception, Administrators, Porters, Cleaners, Catering, Maintenance etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding business needs and requirements
• Match candidates and book shifts considering their preferences.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of non-clinical personnel i.e. reception staff, admin and clerical staff, porters, cleaners, caterers, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the Healthcare sector, but not essential.
• Proven understanding of the industry.
• Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills.
• Effective collaboration with other departments.
