Part-Time HR Advisor

Location: The Edinburgh Technopole (flexible working arrangements)

Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible days and hours)

Salary: £35,000 pro rata

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced HRBP or HR Advisor seeking a fulfilling part-time role that allows you to make a significant impact? Our client are looking for a passionate HR professional to join their team at The Edinburgh Technopole. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
•  Collaborate on recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns effectively and fostering a positive work environment.
• Champion employee development, identify training needs, and assist with learning opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• CIPD qualification would be a bonus.
