Night Staff Nurse (RMN) – Full time – £21.10 p/h (paid breaks) – Magherafelt
A leading care provider is currently looking for an RMN registered Staff Nurse to join a friendly team of nurses on nights in the Magherafelt area. The care home boasts a highly qualified care team specialising in care for older people, including those living with dementia.
This is a permanent role, offering a competitive pay rate, with paid breaks included.
Role Responsibilities:
- Effectively leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care
- Administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company's and NMC guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan
- Providing compassionate and respectful care to residents, promoting their dignity and independence
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN number
Skills Required:
- Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
