Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nursing Home (Days/Nights)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in Crewe. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their well-being, and ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Administering medication and treatments according to established protocols.
Monitoring and assessing residents' health conditions.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a nursing home setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
