About the service:

We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor to join a market leading provider of Occupational Health services. The role will be based at their client's site in North Action, however there may be a requirement to run clinics in sites across London. This is a great position for an experienced Occupational Health nurse to join a company that takes pride in the strong partnerships it has developed with their clients and work for a team that are passionate about providing person centred care. We are looking for a like-minded and driven Occupational Health Nurse to join on a permanent basis.

About the role:
You will be working as an Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor and will be responsible for:

  • Full Occupational Health Treatment service in line with the client contract
  • Wellbeing assessments, health promotion, advice and education and health surveillance
  • Safety critical medicals, travel health, travel assessments and vaccinations
  • Providing professional advice, support and guidance
  • Assessing new clients and fitness to work for the appropriate job role
  • Providing health surveillance
  • Supporting the Occupational Health Manager to advise, monitor and assess the clinical practice of the team

Who we're looking for;
All applicants for the role of Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor must have the following;

  • Registered Nurse - valid NMC UK pin with no restrictions
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health
  • At least 2 years UK experience working in A&E/ Intensive care in the UK
  • Experience working within an Occupational Health setting
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication skills

Person Specification: All applicants for the role of Occupational Health Nurse / Advisor must be a Registered Nurse in the UK and have at least 2 years UK experience in A&E or Intensive care. Applicants must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
